1. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Diners Club, Apple Pay,Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay.

2. What should I do if there is a payment error?
If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please make sure you've entered all of your card information correctly. If you continue to receive the payment error message, you will need to contact your bank or card issuer for more info.
3. Will I still be charged if my order is cancelled?
No, we don't charge until your order ships out so if your order is cancelled you don't need to do a thing. Pending authorizations may take up to 5 business days to be removed from your method of payment.
4. How to use my coupon code?
To redeem a discount code, please enter it into the related field on the cart summary page, before proceeding with payment.
1. Can I cancel or change my order?
Your order can be cancelled/changed before in 12 hours after being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email. In this case, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our Return & Exchange page. For expedited assistance, please contact us via livechat during service hour 9am-5pm (EST)
2. How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking number.You can also track your order here. Items may be arriving in separate packages, but we'll email you each time one ships.
3. Are there any coupons or promo codes I can use?
Sign up to our newsletter there's always a 10% off your first purchase coupon. Stay tuned to more than just tactical styles and hiking styles, exclusive deals will be first sent to our club members.
4. My order didn't go through. What should I do now?
If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to double-check your payment information and place your order again. We aren't able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
Need further assistance? Contact our Customer Care Team, include as many details as you can about the issue (including any error messages you receive), and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.
5. My order has an incorrect address, can you fix it?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse promptly initiates the process to ensure swift delivery. However, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, we can assist you in making modifications. After this timeframe, any changes would need to be coordinated directly with the shipping carrier, and please note that success in making alterations is subject to their policies and procedures.

2. My orders are delayed, why and what should I do?
If you didn’t receive your package within the time frame of the shipping method you selected, please feel free to contact us. We'll be more than happy to help!
3. What should I do if I can't see updates on my order status?
Our orders are typically updated with shipping information after they have been dispatched, and a confirmation email is sent to you. If you haven't received any notifications, it may be due to a delay in the logistics pickup. Please reach out to us at assistance@nodstorms.com, and we'll assist in expediting the process for you.
4.Can I have my order redirected to a different address?(after being shipped)
Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our customer service with the order number. We'll be more than happy to help!
5. What are the Nodstorms shipping restrictions?
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Our shipping restrictions include the inability to deliver to military bases, APO, DPO, FPO, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. Do you offer international ship?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. In most cases, we can deliver to addresses outside the United States.

1. What is the Nodstorms return policy?
Nodstorms has a 30 day return policy.
Please set up your return as soon as you’ve had a chance to try on your apparels. The product must be unwashed, brand new, and with the label intact. It is necessary for returning. Otherwise, your return package will not be confirmed.
It can take 7-10 business days for our warehouse to process your refund, once we receive your return. We’ll send you a confirmation via email when your return has been refunded to the original payment method.
2. How do I return my order from Nodstorms?
Upon receiving your return request, we will send you a return label. Please follow the instructions provided to print the return label and send the item to the designated address.
Please be aware that according to our policy, shipping fees are non-refundable for personal reasons. Ensure that you adhere to the instructions on the return label to avoid any potential complications at the warehouse.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received back at our warehouse, it takes approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to process and be posted back to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed as well as when you should expect to see your refund.
*Please note that during the holiday season, the volume of returns may increase processing time. You can feel free to reach out to us for any delays with the refund.*
4. I've received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
We take pride in the quality of our pieces and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right.
Incase you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. Make sure to include the information below:
1) Your order number
2) Product name or SKU number/Product code (you can find this in your confirmation email)
3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos
5. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We always want to ensure that we get you all your faves! If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, don't worry – we'll make it right!
Incase you receive the wrong item, please please get in touch with us and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

6. I got the wrong size! Can I exchange for a smaller/bigger size?
Yes! We're happy to help you exchange for the right size within 30 days of the delivery date.
1) Please contact us via livechat or email to request an exchange. We'll send you exchange instructions within 24 hours.
2) Once we reply to your request, you will receive refund options. You will be required to reply with your selected refund option in order to proceed.
3) You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.
4) When we receive your package, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
